Pure Kentang Apel

  • Takaran untuk 2 porsi
  • Waktu memasak 20 menit
  • Jumlah kalori 58 kalori
  • Tidak boleh dibekukan
  • Bisa untuk sarapan, makan siang dan makan malam

Bahan yang digunakan

  • 50 gram kentang kupas kulitnya, cuci dan potong dadu
  • 25 gram apel merah, cuci  kupas kulitnya potong dadu
  • 150 cc air matang
  • 100 cc ASI atau 3 sendok peres susu formula yang telah dilarutkan dalam 100 cc air matang

Cara membuat 

  1. Kukus kentang dan apel hingga lunak dan angkat
  2. Haluskan atau tubuk dengan air dan tekan-tekan hingga mencampur
  3. Tuangkan pada mangkuk dan sajikan saat hangat
  4. bisa dibagi 2 porsi dan satu porsi disimpan dalam magiccom
